I am Certified in Thai Bodywork and have completed a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training with Shiva Rea.
I have a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition and a Doctorate in Naturopathy.
I have a BA from Seton Hall University in Communicaions and Business Management.
